Options:
Use :
- Install the bottle in the clamp and adjust the cover, then tighten the clamp.
- Move the pneumatic valve to the open test position and the draw system will test with a constant speed. The dynamometer will measure force. Then return the pneumatic valve to the neutral position when the test is complete.
- Move the pneumatic valve to the closed test position and the thrust system will test with a constant speed. The dynamometer will measure force. Then return the pneumatic valve to the neutral position when the test is complete.
Description :
The STS-1 was created to be able to test the opening and closing forces of swing lid bottles.
The STS-1 includes two precise dynamometer testers and a semi-automatic cycle.
The test position is adjustable. And it was designed to test different heights of the bottles.
